Every order is appreciated and we take our time to hand pick and pack with the utmost care. 

All our orders are wrapped in Acid Free Food Safe tissue paper and corrugated board to protect your order whilst in transit.

If you are worried about being away from home when your parcel arrives you could always give a neighbour's address or specify in the special instructions a safe place in which the parcel can be left.

As the customer, you will be required to pay for goods to be re-delivered should they be returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Postage is charged according to the total weight of your order (which will be clearly marked at checkout phase).  

Once you've placed your order, we aim to have your goods dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders are shipped either FedEx24, Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending upon your location, the size and weight of the final order.

All delivery times are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods.

Please note a “Working Day” is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in England.

Once your order has been dispatched and with the courier, you will be sent the tracking information to follow and track your parcels delivery.

All our orders are checked and double checked before being shipped. If you believe that there is an incorrect or missing item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. If you notify us outside of this period, we may be unable to resolve the issue.
